Happy New Year.

Thinking of Sam Cooke song, a change is gonna come as I write this. It has been a long time coming, But I know a change is gonna come. Oh yes, it will.

Mid 2019 to Mid 2020 was crazy in my world. It was when I learned the lessons that I will use to lead me forward. GRIT. I am a social entrepreneur who believes that change does not happen when we wait for the perfect moment. Perfect moments arise when we seek to change things. I have walked this long path mostly alone, and today I celebrate that a paid team will be joining me. So you probably will see less of me and also hear less from me.

I will still be here disrupting systems and making an equitable world.

PI 515 is expanding and adding a few others to the team.

I have a new personal number and I will also be very slow in checking and responding to my personal emails.

Soon you will get to know My Executive Assistant Kate. Kate has rocked this journey with me Since day one, and I am honored that she is still here supporting my work.

If you need to contact me about PI515 work…

Send an email to Nancy@PI515.org

To contact the PI515 support team…

Email Tech@pi515.org, and someone from our team will reply.

What else am I working on…

Shout out to Abigail, my project coordinator, Nana, my advisor, and a team of other young college students who are helping me build this.

To my Fargo friends, Emma, you are terrific.

I bought this domain three years ago, and it is time to put it to use.

We seek to expose a diverse group of students to STEM education and skills to help balance what we see as an inequity in their representation in STEM fields.
